  2. Pick 1-2 areas that you’d like to work on and pick out fun activities that will result in change.

Since I probably won’t be able to make it to the Zoom session today, I just wanted to share a tiny bit of progress I’m already having with my goal within the Physical Realm. One of my goals was to prioritize self care by spending time outdoors by myself. I have been on two 2 mile walks by myself the past two days. Being able to just focus on myself and my thoughts is something I haven’t done in a very long time. I've read lots of self-help books in the past, how is this different?

Hopscotch to Happiness is customizable and gives the user choices. Plus, it’s a program you can revisit again and again, either solo or with a partner. This program offers realistic change and insight, nothing radical or out-of-bounds with your already-busy life. Plus, the connections you make with other individuals in the class are priceless. You’ve tried to make changes on your own long enough, why not try it with friends this time?

I get in my feelings sometimes when I try to make personal changes. Can I reach out to you privately if I'm feeling stuck?

I encourage everyone to share as much as they feel comfortable in the FB group. But sometimes we don’t want to share ALL the things going on for us. I get it. You and I can schedule a 1:1 session at your convenience for an additional fee. If working with me longer is of interest, I’m happy to talk with you about my 3-Month Intensive Program.
